Production Partners
At DevastatedMind, every item is made to order. Your hoodies and T-shirts are produced by Tapstitch, known for strong prints that survive mosh pits better than most people do. Hats and selected accessories are created by Printful, our trusted partner for clean embroidery and solid quality.

Because everything is custom-made, each product is printed fresh for you, not taken from a dusty shelf or forgotten warehouse pile.


Shipping

Our production and delivery process usually takes up to 9 days. This timeline depends on workload, location and the speed of the shipping carrier. Some carriers move faster than a blast beat, others… not so much.

You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your item on its journey from our partners to your doorstep.

If your package arrives damaged, if the carrier decides to sacrifice it to the shipping gods, or if something clearly went wrong along the way, you can reach out to us through the contact section at the bottom of the page. We will help you get a replacement. DevastatedMind doesn’t leave customers hanging.


Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Every item is produced specifically for you, which means we can’t restock returned items.

We also don’t offer returns if you change your mind, get unsure about your purchase, or suddenly decide your wardrobe should be less metal (we don’t recommend that).

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is truly impossible, and trust us, that’s rare.


Quality Guarantee

Our partners Tapstitch and Printful maintain high production standards, and we check every design before it goes into the print queue.

Your item should arrive with clean printing, accurate sizing and secure packaging. If something still slips through, for example, the print arrived damaged, the wrong item was produced, or the package took a beating, send us the following: your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing the situation, we will arrange a replacement.

We always aim to deliver quality that survives pits, shows and everything in between.
